Alexander Moseler was born in Plettenberg in 1981, studied at St. Gregorius Catholic Academy of Church Music in Aachen, and completed his studies with the "B examination". This was followed by two years' organ study at the Schola Cantorum in Paris with Prof. Jean-Paul Imbert, which he concluded with his concert diploma. At the same time, he studied harpsichord for two years with Roswitha Trimborn at Cologne Academy of Music - Aachen Centre.
He is currently working as a church musician for the united parishes of St. Josef, St. Antonius and St. Mary in Datteln. This is the home to the annual "Datteln Autumn Organ Festival".
A. Moseler has given many organ concerts in Germany, France and Russia, and has also attended organ master classes with Jon Laukvik, Lorenzo Ghielmi, Jean Wolfs and others.
